1. What is Digital Marketing?

2. What sorts of businesses do you work with?

We work with businesses of all sizes from local companies and start-ups. We work with companies from a wide range of sectors from engineering companies to training companies and plumbing companies to construction companies.

3. How much do you charge?

All our projects are bespoke, it is difficult to give out figures. We can adjust the approach we take depending on how much involvement our customers have. If you are happy to give suggestions yourself, it will reduce the overall project cost.

If you have a service we may have use for, we are happy to trade skills if possible.

4. How will we be able to contact you?

We give all of our clients our direct contact details including our mobile, email and social networking accounts. What is more, we can arrange regular calls and visits to make sure you’re always up-to-date within the project.

5. Can you ensure results?

No one can ensure results in digital marketing as Google’s algorithm is a secret. What we can do is point to a high successful track record across all sorts of sectors and put you in contact with some of our clients if you want to see the kind of results we produce.

Also, trust us when we tell you that we aren’t happy with the results unless you are!

6. What is Web Design + Development?

Web Design & Development Services we offer is where we’ll create the business website for our clients. We use Content management systems including WordPress where we develop the website using themes & plugins we can also create custom themes.

7. What is SEO?

SEO is Search Engine Optimisation and there are many detailed explanations, by making you visible and rank higher in the search engines in Google or Bing. We can also break SEO into on-site and off-site SEO.

On-Site SEO works on things on your own website that will help search engines understands what you do and find all the pages on your website. Off-Site SEO is creatng links back to your website in order to demonstrate popularity to Google.

8. What is PPC?

PPC stands for Pay Per Click that used to advertise your business through search engines including Google where the ads are displayed on the right and at the top of the normal search results. Pay Per Click comes from the fact you pay for the advert when a visitor clicks on your link.

Pay Per Click is used more in Google AdWords but is used for Bing Advertising, Facebook Advertising or other kinds of online advertising where you pay per click.

9. What is Local SEO?

Local SEO is focused on achieving results for a location based search, when a user is searching for “Pet Food Birmingham” a list comes up for local Birmingham companies. Searches are becoming more popular in today’s world and often results in a map displayed with local companies in the search results. There are tactics deployed to affect performance in location-based results.

10. How will we contact you?

We do not have accounts managers here at Integral, all our clients have our contact details including phone, email, and our social media accounts. What is more, we can arrange calls and meetings to make sure you’re always up-to-date with the projects.

11. What are your payment terms?

In some cases, we make invoices to our clients on a monthly basis with a 30-day payment term. For some projects we require a portion of the payment upfront or it be fully covered by the client including developing new websites and payment for Pay Per Click spend.

12. What locations do you cover?

We work with several companies locally especially in the Dudley areas, we can take on clients anywhere in the United Kingdom or in the world.

The distance may affect our ability to spend much time face-to-face with client further away than a local client, but this does not mean it will affect our communication or the performance of your campaign.

We can schedule Google+ Hangouts, Skype or other video conferences so you still get the chance to chat to us on a regular basis.

13. Where do you develop your website on?

We develop your website through WordPress where we’ll create a suitable-theme for your sector or industry that stands out amongest your competitors.

We’ll install plugins onto your website including online customer support live chat, contact forms, and more to ensure your website is creative to visitors.

14. Do you provide charity work?

Yes for small and new charities we work for free of charge. For Larger charities who have got a marketing budget, we will reduce the rate when pricing out projects for charities.

15. Do you work with agencies?

Yes, we will happily take on certain tasks for other agencies. We are actively looking to engage with web development agencies who may be interested in offering our specialist services to their clients and vice versa.

16. Do you outsource work?

Yes we do, this does not mean we are delegating responsibility for tasks. Here at Integral, we believe that to create something creative you need to have the right resources out there.
